Sweety-Meaty Meatloaf

Extremely easy, but very flavorful meatloaf...tangy and sweet melded with juicy meat. Cannot go wrong with this dish!!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup (Del Monte) shopping list
- About 2 lbs. of lean ground beef shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 large vidalia onion (diced) Might want to do this as oven is preheating... shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease or spray a 9x13 cake pan
- Press the brown sugar in the bottom of the pan (I usually use glass)
- Spread the ketchup over the brown sugar (it's not easy to do this, but just relax...it all blends in the end)
- In separate mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and shape into a hunk that fits in the middle of the pan with about 3 inches from any of the sides...just make sure it's not too tall.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
- Eat your heart out and experience Utopia while savoring this juicy meatloaf!
