How to make it

  • Leave beard out over night to stale
  • Mix all ingredients (except beard) in a large mixing bowl with a wisp or immersion blender. until foamy
  • pour in shallow baking dish and soak 2 slices for 2 -3 minutes per side
  • pre-heat oven to warm
  • heat a large skillet with a table of butter until melted.
  • spread out butter and add the 2 slices.
  • wait 5 or so minutes or until first side is slightly brown
  • flip and repeat.
  • Place made french toast on a oven safe plate in the oven to keep warm.
  • Serve with mable suyrp, bacon, and a piece of sharp cheddar.
