Ingredients
  • 2 (3 oz) packages of raspberry jell-o
  • 1 (16 oz) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz)package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Nuts for garnish

Directions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water
  2. Add pie filling and pineapple.
  3. Refrigerate to congeal
  4. Combine cream cheese with the sour cream until smooth,add sugar
  5. When gelatin is congealed,spread cream cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with nuts
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
