How to make it

  • In a skillet put 1 T. vegetable oil
  • Dice chicken up into small bite size pieces
  • Cook in skillet until chicken is white in color on all sides
  • Flavor with adobo and pepper or whatever condiments you prefer
  • Combine cream of chicken soup with 1 can water and mix
  • Pour over chicken
  • Add peas and corn
  • Dice up potatoes into small bite size pieces
  • Add to the skillet and mix all together
  • In a 9 inch pie plate add bottom crust. Prick with fork.
  • Add the ingredients from the skillet
  • Add top crust, crimp edges and add a few knife cuts to the top
  • Bake at 350 degrees for at least 45 minutes or until done.
