Chicken Pot Pie

- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 8 oz. frozen peas shopping list
- 8 oz. frozen corn shopping list
- 4 med potatoes shopping list
- Pillsbury pie crust shopping list
- Adobo shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet put 1 T. vegetable oil
- Dice chicken up into small bite size pieces
- Cook in skillet until chicken is white in color on all sides
- Flavor with adobo and pepper or whatever condiments you prefer
- Combine cream of chicken soup with 1 can water and mix
- Pour over chicken
- Add peas and corn
- Dice up potatoes into small bite size pieces
- Add to the skillet and mix all together
- In a 9 inch pie plate add bottom crust. Prick with fork.
- Add the ingredients from the skillet
- Add top crust, crimp edges and add a few knife cuts to the top
- Bake at 350 degrees for at least 45 minutes or until done.
