Ingredients
  • one brisket
  • celery salt
  • liquid smoke
  • favorite Bar-B-Q sauce

Directions
  1. Sprinkle brisket with celery salt (go easy on the salt)
  2. Sprinkle liquid smoke over brisket
  3. Add a little water and Dr pepper to pan with the brisket
  4. Cove the large roasting pan tightly with foil
  5. Bake in a slow oven about 300 degrees for about 3 to 4 hours
  6. Remove and Cool
  7. Place in Ref.
  8. Next day remove brisket ,and cut away all the fat,and that stuff that is in the meduim of the flap
  9. Cut thin slices and lay back into pan with the liquid that has formed in the roasting of the brisket,minus the fat that was on top
  10. Pour your favorite home made or store boughten,Bar-B Q Sauce over the brisket the whole bottle.
  11. Cover again tightly with foil and can roast slowly for another 2 or more hours until the sauce startes to caramelize
  12. Or you can put the brisket in the freezer and have it ready for next time ,then bake it the next time.
