How to make it

  • Wash all vegies.
  • Snip 'ends' off radishes and slice in halves.
  • Cut peppers and onions into good size chunks.
  • Put all veggies into pouch and add remaining ingredients.
  • Marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  • Grill directly on flame for approx 12-15 minutes on each side.
  • *The radishes become soft pink in color and less pungent in taste,but all in all a great little side dish.
