strawberry sponge with mallow filling

kinda like a huge smor!
Ingredients
- sponge:250g marg softened shopping list
- 2 cups castor sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 21/2 cups self raising flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- teaspoon strawberry ess shopping list
- pink colouring shopping list
- mallow filling:11/2 cups mallow,chopped shopping list
- 3/4 syrup shopping list
- 250ml fresh cream,whipped shopping list
- p.s. mallow=marshmallow shopping list
How to make it
- sponge:cream butter and sugar
- add eggs one at a time
- add flour
- add milk to make into batter
- add ess and colouring
- bake for 25 min at 180 degrees
- mallw filling:put mallows in a saucepan on low heat
- add syrup
- when mallows are melted remove
- let it cool but not set
- add cream
- cut cake in half
- spread filling
- put top half
- ice with strawberry flavoured icing
