A friend of mine from PA says that she's made popovers for years for her family and they LOVE them. Says they are super simple easy to make. Okay, I'm convinced!! ;-)

I grew up with these delicious, airy, crusty gems - if you've never made popovers, TRY THIS...they are so good (I like mine with butter and jam, but we also used cinnamon sugar, maple or blueberry syrup, butter and powdered sugar, any jam, etc). Thanks for bringing back my childhood memories, tippy!
