White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 300ml double cream
  • 170g white chocolate

Directions
  1. Break chocolate into a bowl.
  2. Bring half of the cream to the boil and pour into chocolate and stir.
  3. Leave to cool.
  4. Whip remainder of cream then fold into cooled mixture.
  5. Turn into pretty glasses (something like a martini glass is ideal9 and chill for a few hours.
  6. One serving idea is to finely shred some fresh mint and add a few tendrils on top.
