How to make it

  • Break chocolate into a bowl.
  • Bring half of the cream to the boil and pour into chocolate and stir.
  • Leave to cool.
  • Whip remainder of cream then fold into cooled mixture.
  • Turn into pretty glasses (something like a martini glass is ideal9 and chill for a few hours.
  • One serving idea is to finely shred some fresh mint and add a few tendrils on top.
