White Chocolate Mousse

- 300ml double cream shopping list
- 170g white chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Break chocolate into a bowl.
- Bring half of the cream to the boil and pour into chocolate and stir.
- Leave to cool.
- Whip remainder of cream then fold into cooled mixture.
- Turn into pretty glasses (something like a martini glass is ideal9 and chill for a few hours.
- One serving idea is to finely shred some fresh mint and add a few tendrils on top.
