THIS IS FRESH SUMMER SALAD. pERFECT FOR A BBQ OR LIGHT LUNCH.

- 8 OUNCES SHELL PASTA
- 1 CUP FRZN. BROCCOLI CUTS
- 1 (8- OUNCE) BOTTLE LIGHT RANCH SALAD DRESSING
- 11/2 CUPS CUBED COOKED HAM
- 3 OUNCES FRESH PARMESAN CHEESE, GRATED
Directions
- COOK PASTA USING PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
- ADD THE BROCCOLI DURING LAST 2 MIN.COOKING TIME; DRAIN WELL
- TOSS THE PASTA MIXTURE, SALAD DRESSING, HAM, AND CHEESE IN LARGE BOWL. CHILL FOR 2 HOURS.

I used the Hidden Valley Make it yourself for the dressing....and Chicken instead of ham along with some fresca blanca (spanish cheese but also have used feta) if you use feta don'g forget to add oregano to the dressing. It was really good
