How to make it
- With a rolling pin, flatten out the bread slices.
- Spread each slice with a generous amount of cream cheese.
- Roll tightly into cigar shape.
- Wrap each cigar with a 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is crispy and bread is browned.
- Cut in 1/2 and serve while warm.
- For added interest, place an asparagus spear on the bread before rolling.
