CRUNCHY, PEANUT BUTTER ,MEETS CHOCOLATE . SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN A COOKIE OR CAKE.
Ingredients
- 1 CUP crunchy peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 CUP sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 CUPS crisp rice cereal shopping list
- 1 CUP semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- BEAT THE PEANUT BUTTER AND SUGAR IN A MIXING BOWL WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL BLENDED.
- BEAT IN THE EGGS 1 AT A TIME.
- STIR IN THE CEREAL 1 CUP AT A TIME.
- PRESS INTO A BUTTERED 9X9 INCH BAKING PAN.
- BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES.
- SPRINKLE THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER THE TOP.
- COVER THE PAN TIGHTLY WITH FOIL.
- LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE MELTS.
- CUT INTO BARS TO SERVE
