Ingredients
  • 1(10- OUNCE) PACKAGE FROZEN MIXED ONIONS AND BELL PEPPERS
  • 1(10-OUNCE) CAN ENCHILADA SAUCE
  • 1(10 - OUNCE ) CAN TOMATOES WITH GREEN CHILES
  • 2 POUNDS GROUND BEEF, COOKED , DRAINED
  • 1(15-OUNCE) CAN CHILI WITH BEANS, DRAINED
  • 1 TO 2 BAGS OF SMALL CORN CHIPS

Directions
  1. COMBINE THE ONIONS AND BELL PEPPERS, ENCHILADA SAUCE, TOMATOES WITH GREEN CHILES, GROUND BEEF AND CHILI IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL.
  2. SPOON INTO BAKING DISH.
  3. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL HEATED TROUGH.
  4. SERVE OVER SMALL CORN CHIPS.
