Ingredients
  • 2 pounds concord grapes, washed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour, or more if needed
  • 2 each 8 inch pie crusts

Directions
  1. Wash and stem grapes under warm water. Separate skins from pulp and place in bowls
  2. 2. Cook pulp in covered saucepan, until soft and seeds separate from pulp. Press pulp through coarse sieve. Discard seeds.
  3. 3. Measure 2 cups of mixture
  4. 4. Combine mixture, sugar, and flour; Mix well.
  5. 5. Pour mixture into pastry lined 8 inch pie plate, cover with top crust or lattice top. Make slits in top and brush with milk if desired.
  6. 6. Bake at preheated 475' for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350' bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
