How to make it

  • Wash and stem grapes under warm water. Separate skins from pulp and place in bowls
  • 2. Cook pulp in covered saucepan, until soft and seeds separate from pulp. Press pulp through coarse sieve. Discard seeds.
  • 3. Measure 2 cups of mixture
  • 4. Combine mixture, sugar, and flour; Mix well.
  • 5. Pour mixture into pastry lined 8 inch pie plate, cover with top crust or lattice top. Make slits in top and brush with milk if desired.
  • 6. Bake at preheated 475' for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350' bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
