Concord Grape Pie

- 2 pounds concord grapes, washed shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour, or more if needed shopping list
- 2 each 8 inch pie crusts shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and stem grapes under warm water. Separate skins from pulp and place in bowls
- 2. Cook pulp in covered saucepan, until soft and seeds separate from pulp. Press pulp through coarse sieve. Discard seeds.
- 3. Measure 2 cups of mixture
- 4. Combine mixture, sugar, and flour; Mix well.
- 5. Pour mixture into pastry lined 8 inch pie plate, cover with top crust or lattice top. Make slits in top and brush with milk if desired.
- 6. Bake at preheated 475' for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350' bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
