Gorgonzola Dip

- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 6 oz. gorgonzola shopping list
- 3 tbsp. mascarpone* shopping list
- 1 lemon, juice only shopping list
- salt and freshly ground pepper shopping list
- * If necessary, replace the mascarpone with cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor combine the olive oil, Gorgonzola, mascarpone
- and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and
- pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl.
