How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Prick each fig with a fork in a few places; place in single layer standing on end in shallow baking dish.
  • Pour port wine over.
  • Bake, basting occasionally, until figs are puffed & tender, 25-30 min.
  • Arrange 3 figs on serving dish. Spoon a little of the wine over and drizzle each serving with ½ tsp honey, or more to taste.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and raspberries.
