Baked Fresh Figs

- 9 fresh figs shopping list
- ¼ c. port wine shopping list
- ½ T honey shopping list
- fresh red raspberries shopping list
- ½ c. whipping cream, whipped with a little sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prick each fig with a fork in a few places; place in single layer standing on end in shallow baking dish.
- Pour port wine over.
- Bake, basting occasionally, until figs are puffed & tender, 25-30 min.
- Arrange 3 figs on serving dish. Spoon a little of the wine over and drizzle each serving with ½ tsp honey, or more to taste.
- Garnish with whipped cream and raspberries.
