Roast Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients

3-5 pound pork loin roast

4 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Place in shallow roasting pan fat side up.

Mix mustard, salt and pepper and rub on pork roast.

Insert meat thermometer in thickest part so bulb is not in fat or against bone.

Roast uncovered at 350 2 to 3 hr (35-40 minutes per lb) until meat thermometer reads 185.

Remove from oven.
