WHIPPED POTATO MINCEMEAT STUFFING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cook Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces herb seasoned stuffing
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2-2/3 cups mincemeat
  • 6 cups instant whipped potatoes

Directions
  1. Blend stuffing with milk and mincemeat.
  2. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
  3. Add whipped potatoes to mince meat mixture; toss lightly with a fork until well blended.
  4. Use to stuff a 12-pound bird.
