Moroccan Lamb Cutlets

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (more or less, depending on how spicy you like it) shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 24 french trimmed lamb cutlets (990g) shopping list
- 1 teasoon cumin seeds, toasted shopping list
- 1/4 cup (60g) prepared baba ghanoush shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ground coriander, ground cumin, sweet paprika, chili powder, garlic, parsley and oil in a medium bowl; rub mixture all over lamb.
- Cook lamb on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or BBQ) until cooked as desired.
- Sprinkle lamb with cumin seeds; serve with baba ghanoush
