How to make it

  • Blend red chillies, garlic, shallots, ginger and galangal until fine.
  • Heat the oil and fry the blended mixture.
  • Add in the coconut cream, kaffir lime leave, green chillies and salt and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add in the chicken and cook until the chicken is tender and the cream has dried.
