Ingredients

2 small heads butter head lettuce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup small whole fresh ripe strawberries

1/2 cup diced fresh orange chunks

1/2 small red onion thinly sliced

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fresh tarragon leaves

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Wash drain and separate lettuce leaves and toss lightly with oil then stir in remaining ingredients.
