Got this recipe from Bon Appetit long ago.

Recent Gawkers
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup jam or preserves (any flavor you desire)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Roll out pastry sheet on surface to remove creases
- Brush sheet with water
- Starting at one edge, roll up pastry tightly, jelly roll style
- Cut into generous 1/4 inch thick rounds
- Put sugar on plate
- Dip each cookie into sugar
- Place on baking sheet, sugar side up, tucking end under
- Press center of each round with back end of spoon, making a small well
- Put 1 tsp. of jam or preserve into each well
- Sprinkle with additional sugar
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes
