Ingredients
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Cup Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese

Directions
  1. Cook spinach,omitting salt,drain,well
  2. Combine spinach,sour cream,and onion soup mix.
  3. Mix well,Spoon into a lightly greased 1 quart casserole.
  4. Cover and place in the refrigerator over night
  5. Remove casserole from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
