A good tasting cheese ball

Ingredients
  • 2 (8oz) cream cheese,softend
  • 1 small glass jar of Roka Blue cheese spread
  • 1 small glass jar of Old English cheese spread
  • 1 small onion (1/2 onion is plenty) chopped very fine
  • Mix all togheter and chill until it can be shaped into a ball
  • Roll in parsley flakes and chopped pecans
  • Let set for a few hours to blend flavors
  • Enjoy
