This is an old recipe that I have had for years. It is easy and tastes great!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 squares of foil
Directions
- Preheat oven on 350F.
- Form ground beef into four patties and place on each foil square, in a baking dish or on a broiler pan.
- Place the remaining ingredients on top of patties.
- salt and pepper to taste.
