  • COMBINE POTATOES, EGG, ONION, SALT AND BAKING MIX IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL
  • MELT 1 TBS BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. DROP POTATO MIXTURE BY MOUNDS IN SKILLET
  • FLATTEN EACH MOUND; DO NOT CROWED. COOK EACH SIDE UNTIL CRISP AND BROWNED ABOUT 4 MINS EACH
  • DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS REPEAT WITH MORE MOUNDS UNTIL ALL THE POATATO MIXTURE HAS BEEN USED

    floydc ate it and said...
    I've tried to make potatoe pancakes in the past but they always fall apart. I didnt realize you needed a baking mix. These look awsome and I'm gonna give them a try this weekend.
