Grilled Greek Lamb

- 8 lamb chops shopping list
- 375ml (1½ cups) ready-made italian tomato sauce shopping list
- 450g baby spinach shopping list
- 200g halloumi cheese, sliced shopping list
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season shopping list
- Juice of 1 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the grill.
- Place the chops in a baking dish and toss in the tomato sauce.
- Grill for 6 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Toss in the spinach.
- Place the cheese on top.
- Season and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
- If you like, make this a one-pot dish. Pour the tomato sauce into a casserole dish and top with the spinach, cheese and lamb chops. Bake until the lamb is cooked.
