Shimp Salad In Lime Vinaigrette

- 1 cup of big size shimp clean and devined shopping list
- 1/2 cup of roman lettuce shopping list
- 1 cherry tomatoe cut in half shopping list
- 3/4 cup of corn shopping list
- 3/4 cup red cabbage medium size bite shopping list
- 1 avacado peeled and medium size sliced shopping list
- FOR DRESSING: 3/4 cup lime juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of plain or hot mustard shopping list
- 2 tbsp of olive oil shopping list
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a small pot, add water and bring to boil. When boiled, removed from heat and add shimp, stir shimp until pink , removed and set aside to drain.
- In a small bowl, add corn and bring to micowave for about 5 mintues to cook. Set aside to drain.
- In a mixing bowl, place shimp, cabbage, corn, tomatoe, roman lettuce and dressing. Stir to coated and arrange on serving plate. Place avacado around the side of salad for garnish and it ready to serve...ENJOY!!!
