How to make it

  • Crush the vanilla waffer cookies in a food processor then add them to a bowl add the butter, cocoa and sugar
  • then add enough rum to make a dough like mixture (a little cream may also be added ) shape into balls roll into grounded walnuts place on tray to dry 1 to 2 days
