Ingredients
  • 2 boxes finely crushed vanilla waffers cookies
  • 1/4 lbs butter
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 4 tbs sugar
  • rum
  • grounded walnuts

Directions
  1. Crush the vanilla waffer cookies in a food processor then add them to a bowl add the butter, cocoa and sugar
  2. then add enough rum to make a dough like mixyure (a little cream may also be added ) shape into balls roll into grounded walnuts place on tray to dry 1 to 2 days
