How to make it

  • Prepare the pudding according to packet
  • In a casserole dish make a layer the crackers then add 1/4 of the hot pudding mix.
  • Continue layering crackers and pudding, until all of it is finished.
  • Put into the fridge for about an hour to let the pudding cool down and soak into the crackers.
  • I find it is even better after a day in the fridge to let the sweet crackers really soak up the pudding.
