Potato Chip Cookies

My mom made these for the 1st time when I was a kid. I thought we had finally driven her crazy when she told me what she was making. I hope you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was. These are so quick & easy to put together that it is a great recipe for the kids to make with you.
Ingredients
- 1c. oleo shopping list
- 1/2c. sugar shopping list
- 1&1/2c. flour shopping list
- 1/2c. potato chips; crushed shopping list
- 1/2c. nuts shopping list
- 1t. vanilla shopping list
- Confectioner's sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix in order given & drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 12-15 min. @ 350F or until lightly browned.
- Dust with confectioner's sugar.
