These are so addicting! This is also a great recipe for the kids to help you with. Mine love to push the pb cup into the cookie.

Ingredients
  • 1/2c. oleo
  • 1/2c. peanutbutter
  • 1/2c. brown sugar
  • 1/2c. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1t. vanilla
  • 1 & 1/4c. flour
  • 3/4t. baking soda
  • 1/4t. salt
  • 1 bag of miniature Reeses Peanut Butter Cups; unwrapped (this is a very important step! :)

Directions
  1. Cream 1st 4 ingredients together.
  2. Beat in vanilla & egg.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together & add to creamed mixture.
  4. Shape dough into balls & roll in granulated sugar & place in mini muffin pan.
  5. Bake 8-10 min. @ 375F.
  6. Remove cookies from oven & immediately press a pb cup into the center of each cookie.
  7. Cool before removing from pan.
