This is a yummy version of a turkey burger if you like horseradish. It's really easy and doesn't take a lot of time to do. It is twist from a Racheal Ray recipe

  • 2 heaping tbs. horseradish
  • larg palm full of chedder cheese and parmesean cheese works great too
  • 5 ritz crackers
  • 1 tbs.Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped or diced
  • palm full McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • cup of fresh mushrooms
  • Keiser rolls (optional)
  • Spicy brown mustard (optional)

Directions
  1. Put all dry indregients in with turkey.
  2. Don't forget to crumble the ritz crackers. This will help with moisture and keeping it all together.
  3. Mix together
  4. Make into 4 or 5 patties
  5. Heat skillet with 2 tbs olive oil over med. heat
  6. add patties to skillet and let cook for 5-8 min on each side.
  7. Cook time varies to how thick your patties are. I like mine thick so it takes quite a while to cook through all the way.
  8. Put on roll if you want with spicy brown mustard.
  9. I perfer it plain, it is already full of flavor
