Spicy Pork Green Chili--crock Pot Recipe

Spicy Pork Green Chili--crock Pot Recipe
Add some kick to your Tuesday night. Great by itself or over tortilla chips. My family of boys devour the left-overs.

This sounds like a great summer-don't-heat-the-kitchen dish! Thanks!

Be playful. Add the seasoning you like. Be daring. Add chili powder or cayenne pepper to spice it up. If you taste it and it's too spicy, add a little sugar or milk to tame it back down.

I made this again last night, but substituted plum preserves (I AM NOT KIDDING) for the stewed tomatoes (about 1/4 cup) and the crowd went WILD! YUM.
