Spicy Pork Green Chili--crock Pot

- 6 cups water shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 1 large can of diced green chilis (27oz) shopping list
- 1 tbsp diced jalepenos shopping list
- 1 tbsp garlic paste shopping list
- 1 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar *(more or less as desired) shopping list
- 1.5 lbs cubed pork roast shopping list
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can (15 oz) great northern beans shopping list
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms *(optional) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery *(optional) shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar shopping list
- sour cream *(optional) shopping list
- Tortill chips or flour tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients (except cheese, sour cream & chips) to CROCK POT
- Set on low for 8 hours
- Serve with cheese and sour cream.
- Serve over tortilla chips or soup style with ripped tortillas to dunk
