Mississippi Mud Cake

This is like a chewy brownie with marshmallow and a rich sweet chocolate butter cream frosting. Serve in small pieces because it is really decadent. I serve it with a glass of milk.
Ingredients
- Ingredients (cake) shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup coconut shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 ½ cups flour1 ½ cups walnuts shopping list
- Ingredients (frosting) shopping list
- 1 Large Jar marshmallow cream shopping list
- 1 Box Confectioner’s sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- ½ cup butter shopping list
- ½ cup evaporated milk shopping list
How to make it
- Bake cake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (on greased pan).
- Heat marshmallow cream and spread on cake immediately (while cake is still hot).
- Chill in freezer.
- Frost 1 hr. before serving and chill in fridge.
