You can buy powdered adobo in the store, or make this simple marinade yourself. It is so much better if you do it at home.

Ingredients
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 -3 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions
  1. Put all garlic, salt, oregano and pepper in mortar,
  2. Mash until you form a paste. add vinegar then add oil slowly and mix well.
  3. Rub over chicken.(delish on Beef as well)
