Homemade Adobo Paste

You can buy powdered adobo in the store, or make this simple marinade yourself. It is so much better if you do it at home.
Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled shopping list
- 2 -3 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oregano shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Put all garlic, salt, oregano and pepper in mortar,
- Mash until you form a paste. add vinegar then add oil slowly and mix well.
- Rub over chicken.(delish on Beef as well)
