Ingredients
  • Organized by seasonal ingredients and photographed with love, this book enabled me to finally understand fine baking. I love to cook but I hate making desserts. However, the recipes in this book are so idiot proof that even I can pretend to be a dessert aficionado. The flavors and ingredients are not like anything you have ever experienced in normal life. These are Orgasmic! Some of her signature dishes include Chocolate Brownie Cookies, Espresso-Orange Panna Cotta Parfaits, Pistachio-nut Brittle, Rhubarb Crostada with White Chocolate Strawberry Cream, and
  • Bleuberry-Nectarine Cobbler. She recommends my absolute favorite chocolate too...Scharffen Berger...made right here on my side of the San Francisco Bay.

Directions
  1. All the recipes are actually served at the restaurant too! Claudia Flemming is a celebrity chef who truly deserves her fame. Everyone LOVEs this book! Unfortunately it is Out Of Print right now. You can find them used on Amazon for $185.00, but it is my sincere wish that this will eventually be published in paperback so that more people can enjoy it.
