Minted Peas With Feta Cheese

- 16 oz. frozen or fresh peas(2 cups) shopping list
- 1/3c crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh mint or 1 tsp.dried mint shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan,bring about 1" of water to boil over high heat. Place a steamer basket over the water and place the peas inside.. Steam the peas until tender,3 to 5 mins. Alternatively,place peas in a large microwave-safe dish with 2 Tbs. water. Cover and microwave on high unti the peas are tender,3-5 mins. Drain the peas and toss with feta and mint. Season with salt and pepper.
