- 400 grs. of flour shopping list
- 150 grs. of butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup of milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 5 big spons of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the flour with the sugar and the butter and make a hole in the center of the preparation
- Mix the milk with the eggs and reserve a little for the end and the rest, put it in the hole of the preparation
- Mix everything (better with a fork) till you get a dough, and don't knead it!
- Stretch the dough and cut circles with a sharp circle cutter (or a tiny glass or cup) and put them in a buttered and floured metal plate
- Use the reserved mix of egg and milk to paint the scons and then put them into the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Be carefull not to burn them.
- Leave them at room temperature for a while and serve them with a nice cup of tea or coffee.
