Baked Corn Beef Ala Delta Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Use an oval Corning ware caserole dish
  • Open Corned beef and put in caserole ( save spices)
  • place new potatoes around the corn beef and carrots if desired
  • Sprinkle the spices all over the beef and potoes
  • Add some Tony charchares' ( creole seasongs)
  • Placein oven Covered tightly and cook for two and onehalf hours
  • It will melt in your mouth
