Simple method to cook a delicious Corn Beef with out the water

Ingredients
  • Corned Beef from Market in container with juices and spices
  • 6^ s or 7 new potatoes( red) Cut in half
  • Carrots if desired
  • Prepared Horse radish for those who like a touchof spice

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Use an oval Corning ware caserole dish
  3. Open Corned beef and put in caserole ( save spices)
  4. place new potatoes around the corn beef and carrots if desired
  5. Sprinkle the spices all over the beef and potoes
  6. Add some Tony charchares' ( creole seasongs)
  7. Placein oven Covered tightly and cook for two and onehalf hours
  8. It will melt in your mouth
