Veggie Lasagna

I had this lasagna in Reno, and looked in vain for a recipe. I finally had to dig in and develop one. It's pretty close to the original. It's creamy and full of flavor. Other veggies could be substituted. It could also be a side dish or a perfect buffet item.
Ingredients
- 3 or 4 zuccini sliced in 1/4 in slices lightly steamed shopping list
- 3 yellow squash 1/4 in slices lightly steamed shopping list
- 4 or 5 medium carrots 1/4 in slices steamed until tender shopping list
- 9 boiled lasagna noodles shopping list
- 3 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 3 c milk (or enough to make bechamel shopping list
- 1 c parmesian shopping list
- 1 c mozerella shopping list
How to make it
- In buttered 13 x 9 pan, layer ingredients as for any lasagna ending wih cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes covered with foil.. Bake uncovered until golden brown and bubbling. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
