How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350.
  • Melt butter sticks in microwave, be careful not to let it splatter, please cover with a paper towel, 1 minute.
  • Next, measure the Bisquick and place it in a large freezer bag. Begin dredging chicken through Bisquick and lay it in a 9” x 13” baking dish.
  • Pour melted butter all over chicken, saturating it.
  • Now take your seasonings and carefully season each piece of chicken. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for an hour and a half.
  • Check chicken with meat thermometer (165 for chicken) before serving. Let rest 15 minutes after you take it out of the oven.
