Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, chuck, or round

1 lb. Chuck or round steak

1 can mixed veggies

1 can corn

1can stewed or diced tomatoes

1 can green beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can great northern beans

1 can diced potatoes

1 packet taco seasoning

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch mix

Directions

1. Brown ground beef and choice of steak. You may substitute chicken for the beef, if desired.

2. Pour drained meat into the crock pot and add the canned veggies, potatoes, and beans...undrained. You may substitute veggies and different beans, if desired.

3. Add packets of taco and ranch mix.

4. Stir and set on medium for several hours. I start this in the morning and leave it cooking all day.

5. Serve alone with cornbread or serve over steam rice.
