Ingredients
  • firm silken tofu
  • mixed herbs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

Directions
  1. heat a frypan with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. place onion and garlic in your frypan and cook til onion is soft
  3. get your silken tofu, pat dry with paper towel
  4. crumble your tofu, and mix with onions and garlic
  5. season with herbs to taste
  6. cook until the tofu is the consistency you like it. Make sure the tofu does not stick to the pan.
  7. Serve with toast and vegan saussages,
