How to make it

  • heat a frypan with extra virgin olive oil.
  • place onion and garlic in your frypan and cook til onion is soft
  • get your silken tofu, pat dry with paper towel
  • crumble your tofu, and mix with onions and garlic
  • season with herbs to taste
  • cook until the tofu is the consistency you like it. Make sure the tofu does not stick to the pan.
  • Serve with toast and vegan saussages,
