How to make it

  • Crust
  • Mix everything and form a dough and chill for 1 hour
  • Filling
  • Fry the onion . Add the masalas and ginger-garlic paste
  • Add the potatoes and salt . Mix well .
  • Pre heat the oven 175 degrees
  • Roll the dough and line a 9 " pie pan .
  • Spread the filling on top .
  • Arrange the eggs on top .
  • Bake for 1 hour .
  • Serve hot .
