Potato and Egg pie

- Crust shopping list
- 1 C all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 C margarine shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 C cold water shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 3 hard boiled eggs , chopped shopping list
- 2 potatoes , boiled , chopped shopping list
- 1 Big onion shopping list
- ginger and garlic 1 tsp shopping list
- chilli pwd 1tsp shopping list
- masala pwd 1 tsp shopping list
- salt 1 tsp shopping list
How to make it
- Crust
- Mix everything and form a dough and chill for 1 hour
- Filling
- Fry the onion . Add the masalas and ginger-garlic paste
- Add the potatoes and salt . Mix well .
- Pre heat the oven 175 degrees
- Roll the dough and line a 9 " pie pan .
- Spread the filling on top .
- Arrange the eggs on top .
- Bake for 1 hour .
- Serve hot .
