Easy Macaroni and Cheese

Simple and easy. you can substitute you favorite cheese if you like
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoon pepper shopping list
- 1teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 2 cups sharp chedder cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Boil macaroni as per package. Drain and put in a casserole dish
- In a sauce pan, add butter, flour, salt , pepper and mustard
- Stir over med heat till melted and combined
- Add milk, stiring , heat till just boiling then remove from heat
- Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and stir until combined.
- Pour over macaroni and blend in.
- Top with 1/2 Cup cheese
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
- Enjoy!!!
