Beef Soup Spuds

- 4 medium baking potatoes shopping list
- 19 ounce can chunky vegetable beef soup shopping list
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 green onions chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Scrub and pierce potatoes then place on microwave safe plate and cook on high 14 minutes.
- Turn once then with sharp knife cut large slit in top of each potato and fluff pulp with a fork.
- Top with soup mixture, cheese and onions.
