Waffle Iron Cookies

A elderly patient of mine from few years ago, gave me this recipe that was passed down to her from her GGgrandmother. Back in the day, they used sweet n low, but I can't use sweet n low, so I use splenda instead.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c margarine shopping list
- 6 tbsp splenda shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 square melted chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 c flour shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients well
- Pour a spoonful of dough into each waffle iron square
- Cook about 1-1/2 min or til looks done.
- If you would like to have vanilla waffle iron cookies, omit the chocolate.
