I love green peas and I have a lot of different ways to cook them. I like them all. This is easy and it is very good.

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions
  1. Layer the first 6 ingredients in order given and spoon margarine over the top.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes on 350 F.
