How to make it

  • Cook chicken and allow to cool
  • Use chicken stock to cook vegetables
  • Prepare whit sauce: Melt margerine; saute onion
  • Remove from heat and blend in flour until smooth
  • Gradually add in milk
  • Cover over med heat until sauce thickens and comes to a boil
  • Add spices
  • Reduce heat; simmer 2-3 minutes to remove flour taste
  • *Bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Then an addition 5 minutes on bottom rack
  • Mix with white sauce and pour into pie crust.
  • Top with crust and seal edges; pierce edges
